#1 – Search the MLS – Use this section to search the entire Multiple Listing Service. Use the Map Search feature to draw boundaries around certain neighborhoods you are interested in, learn more about local amenities, school systems, restaurants and more. On the main page you can search by town, price range, type of house, number of beds and number of baths. You are also able to specify whether you want to only see homes with upcoming open houses, that are bank-owned or that are new construction.

#2 – Housing Statistics - Search the housing statistics section by city or town to view a great variety of graphs to better help you understand that current state of the market. The graphs you can see are: Average Sales Price by Month, Sales Price to List Price Ratio, Average Days on Market, Unit Sales by Month, Units Listed by Month, Average Price Per Square Feet, # of Foreclosures Listed by Month, # of Foreclosures Sold by Month and Unit Sales by Price Range. The capability is there to also specify which type of housing, number of bedrooms and baths you want included in the graphs.

#3 – Search Recent Sales – In order to search the recent sales you are required to register for the website. You can sign up to have the website update you when a neighborhood area home sells. If you need help setting yourself up on this site, please let us know and we will be sure to assist you.

#4 – Email Alerts - Set yourself up to receive daily email alerts for properties matching your criteria. We can then discuss these properties and make sure that you get in to see them at your earliest convenience.
