A community is based on homes and the people who live there. Real estate extends along the base of this community, helping them change hands and adding new community members. Realtors benefit from the changing community and the community, we believe, should benefit from them.

This is a pledge devised to help area non-profits continue their missions of educating and providing for the youth (and future) of our communities through real estate transactions.

The Watertown Children’s Theatre (WCT) has been selected because of the impact they have had on both John and Mark’s lives. Mark performed with the WCT from Kindergarten through 8th grade. It was through the WCT that he gained his voice, his self-confidence and his personality. It is the hope of John and Mark that through the SOLD for HOPE Pledge that the awareness of this group will be increased, while we provide charitable contributions through our real estate sales.

The Mission of The Watertown Children’s Theatre:

TO BE a cultural and educational resource for the community by providing opportunities for all children to appreciate and participate in the performing arts

TO PROVIDE a range of theatre experiences for children of diverse cultures and different ages

TO FOSTER self-discovery, creativity, confidence, group responsibility, and pride in  accomplishment, as well as the development of skills in an enjoyable, non-competitive atmosphere
